The Law Society of Ontario's Complaints Resolution counsels would never interview me with the evidence even though I asked to be interviewed many times. The counsels kept telling me to write everything down and I believe it was for them to learn how to coverup! The counsels were obviously protecting the lawyers by not letting me tell the truth to them as we go through the evidence! I spent most of every phone call made to a LSO employee, arguing about me being interviewed with the evidence but ultimatately always denied me.

1) Law Society of Upper Canada's Malcolm Heins was the CEO 08/2001-06/2012 when my initial complaints against 2 of the lawyers was filed on May 4th 2005!

2) The 2005 Law Society of Upper Canada's Treasurer, George Hunter was law firm partners with lawyer from my 2nd complaint, M_____ S________ of B_____ _a____ __r____ LLP. M_____ S_______ was a former instructor at the Law Society for 12 years from 1980 to 1992. George Hunter served as the Law Society's Treasurer until he was removed in November 2005. (Law Times).

3) Unsigned letter dated May 19th 2005 received from The Law Society of Upper Canada Complaints Services Client Service Centre accepting my May 4th 2005 letter of complaints against my ex lawyer who I fired on May 3rd 2005 and his co-conspirator, Scotiabank's lawyer.

4) Complaints Resolution Administration Team Leader Linda Singh's May 25th 2005 letter to me upgrading my complaints from the intake deparment and assigning Complaints Resolution Counsel Jessica Kowalski to my May 4th 2005 complaints filed against my exlawyer, E___ Z_______ File No. 05-3139 and against the Bank of Nova Scotia's lawyer, M_____ S_______ File No. 05-3560.
